Poster Design Competition

AGES 7-11

Thank you to all those who entered this poster competition.

First prize was awarded to Joe Gray, aged 10, for his image of a child and a tree with the slogan “Lets Grow Old Together”.  Rosie Teasdale, FSC UK’s Marketing Officer said “We are delighted with the range of posters we have received.  The children used so many ways to illustrate the work of FSC and to convey the FSC message.  We feel that Joe’s poster has a clear simple message which sums up the need to protect forests for future generations.”

Hannah Wilkins, aged 8, won second prize for her eye-catching image of leaves, using the FSC slogan – because forests matter.  

FSC UK would like to thank Marks and Spencer, Rebecca Morch, Egmont UK and Fair Deal Trading Ltd for donating the prizes and all those who entered the competition.  We would also like to offer our congratulations to the winners.
