Rachel Giles from the Dean FEI is a winner with this photo of a mask made at the forest celebration day in the Forest of Dean. This photograph was chosen because of the contrasting colours and attractive composition.

Miriam Chapman from Woking beavers for this photograph showing the forest materials gathered at the beavers forest fun day at Barley Mow Wood. We think that this photograph deserves a prize as it shows an original take on a woodland image.

Luke Everitt from The Forestry Commission for his photograph of heavy horse logging from the Treemendous event held in Upminster. This is an interesting photograph with great composition and a beautiful woodland background.

Awareness-Raising Competition Winners

After reading through all of the letters entered into the FSC awareness raising competition the staff here at FSC UK had to decide which ones stood out from the others. The calibre of entries were very high and it was a tough decision.

We eventually chose Joshua  Ingran, Shiona Finlinson, Hannah Morling and Phoebe Clarke for their inspiring letters. Please click here to read one of the winning letters.
