FSC Friday (and Saturday and Sunday…)

Make Every Day an FSC Day

Friday 26^th September 2008 was the inaugural “FSC Friday”.  The aim of the day was to raise awareness of the FSC logo and to encourage people to look for the logo when buying wood or paper products.

Some organisations merit a special mention.  The main cost of FSC Friday was, inevitably, staff time, and this was supported by funds from the Honda Racing F1 Team’s earthdreams programme, originally donated by fans of the Honda Racing F1 team. T-shirts, prizes and competition flyers were also funded by earthdreams. 

Posters and flyers were sponsored by Tullis Russell Papermakers and printed by Chris Fowler International Limited.  Prizes were donated by Dorling Kindersley, Next, Precious Woods, The Macallan Distillery and HarperCollins.
