Online Claims Platform (OCP) Terms and Conditions of Use - Consultation Launched

Consultation on OCP's T&Cs has been launched

The OCP Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) have been released for stakeholder consultation to gather feedback on their applicability.


The T&Cs form an agreement that users must abide by to use the OCP. These T&Cs will be in place and required during the testing phase of the OCP (further information on the testing phase can be found here).

FSC looks to certificate holders to review the T&Cs and submit comments. T&Cs are not considered to be part of the normative framework of FSC, however in acknowledgement of their importance to all certificate holder, FSC asks for comments to ensure the widest consultation possible.

These comments will be accepted for 60 days from February 14th 2014 (closing date: April 15th 2014). This input will be used to revise and update the T&Cs before any mandatory requirement is set for OCP usage.
