OCP process road map and webinars
FSC has produced a process road map and will run a series of webinars to better inform certificate holders about the FSC Online Claims Platform (OCP)
FSC is working with Historic Futures, an innovative technology company in the UK, to implement the OCP to work alongside the existing FSC Chain of Custody system.
The OCP benefits the FSC community by reducing data entry requirements by up to 50% through the new ‘One Shipment, One Record’ approach.
The platform will also provide automatic verification of the certification status of FSC suppliers along with support for managing material accounting records, volume summaries and reporting features to help streamline annual audits.

FSC is also offering webinars to FSC certificate holders and any other stakeholders who are interested in learning more about the OCP or how to test the OCP.. These webinars will be presented by FSC OCP Asia Pacific Coordinator, Janet Zhang or by FSC Supply Chain Integrity Manager, Emily Crumley.
