FSC risk assessments for Brazil, Canada, Honduras, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Papua New Guinea now available
As of 26 June 2019, organisations seeking to source controlled wood from Brazil, Canada, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, or Papua New Guinea are required to use the latest FSC risk assessments to conform with standard FSC-STD-40-005 Requirements for Sourcing FSC Controlled Wood.
The approved risk assessment categories for Honduras may be used in the creation of extended company risk assessments when implementing the standard.
FSC risk assessments are used to determine the risk of an organisation obtaining material from unacceptable wood sources when sourcing controlled wood.
