2013 FSC UK Photography Competition Launched!

Submit photos taken in FSC certified forests or of FSC certified products for a chance to win.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our 2013 Photography Competition! 

There are three categories into which photos can be submitted:

  • Timber
  • People
  • Wildlife

Entries will be judged by our esteemed panel of judges: Edward Parker (Environmental Photographer), Ray Hawes (Head of Forestry at The National Trust) and Greg Armfield (Head of Photography at WWF).

Photos must be submitted by Friday 27th September and the winner and runner up in each category, as decided by the judges, will be entered into a public vote.

The overall winner, as decided by the judging panel, will win the top prize of tuition by Edward Parker, who we are very grateful to have on our judging panel. Edward Parker is a renowned and prize winning photographer and writer who specialises in environmental issues, travel and education.

The overall winner of the public vote will win a Go Ape family ticket (worth £100), which has kindly been donated by Go Ape

The category winners and runners up will receive FSC goody bags including their winning photo framed in an FSC certified wooden frame.  Category winners will also receive a Forestry Commission Discovery Pass, allowing free parking at your local Forestry Commission forest, discounts on events and much more...

Please remember that photos must be taken in FSC certified forests or of FSC certified products.
