Webinar: An Introduction to the Revised Controlled Wood Standard

FSC International invites all interested stakeholders to a webinar on the newly published revised controlled wood standard, Requirements for Sourcing FSC Controlled Wood(FSC-STD-40-005 V3-0), and plans for training materials to assist stakeholders in getting up to speed with its requirements.

The revised standard differs greatly from the previous version, and introduces many important changes to the FSC system. To facilitate understanding of the new requirements, the webinar will cover the following:

• an introduction to the purpose and contents of the standard
• an explanation of the process of transition from the current to the revised version of the standard
• a question-and-answer session with the staff of the Controlled Wood Programme at FSC International.

Webinars have been scheduled at various times during 10 and 11 February, to accommodate stakeholders in different time zones.
